DEMO DAY - Avju Solutions’ journey through NATO DIANA

Avju Solutions AS has completed Demo Day in the NATO DIANA accelerator program. This has been a pivotal milestone marking the conclusion of six months of intensive development across technology, market, and capital dimensions.

Capital, connections and critical infrastructure

Demo Day in Munich represented a unique opportunity for participants to demonstrate the progress made since the program’s inception. Avju Solutions used the occasion to present the company’s work on securing critical infrastructure, with particular emphasis on protecting the power grid against manipulation, disruption, and unwanted interference. The message was clear and consistent: Society’s critical energy systems are under increasing pressure, and the need for robust, technology-based solutions has never been greater.

Documented progress across multiple dimensions

Avju Solutions’ presentation at Demo Day reflected a comprehensive approach to growth. The company demonstrated advancement not only on the technological front, but equally on the commercial side, through the establishment of new customer relationships, strengthened investor dialogue, and active market development across borders.

During the program period, the company has consolidated its financial position through access to new capital, while simultaneously expanding its customer base. This combination of technological maturity and commercial progression positions Avju Solutions for scaling, both in the Norwegian and international markets.

Critical infrastructure as a strategic focus area

Security around critical infrastructure is a rapidly evolving domain, driven by geopolitical shifts, accelerating digitalisation, and a heightened threat landscape. Power grids and energy supply systems constitute the backbone of modern society, and the demand for solutions that enable enhanced monitoring, verification, and protection is substantial.

Avju Solutions operates at the intersection of technology, emergency preparedness, and societal security. The NATO DIANA program has provided the company with an international arena in which to validate its solutions against real-world requirements, and in engagement with stakeholders who place the highest demands on both functionality and reliability. Participation in the program serves in itself as a mark of quality, contributing to enhanced credibility in dialogue with new customers, investors, and strategic partners.

Network as competitive advantage

One of the most strategically valuable outcomes of the NATO DIANA program is the network the company has built. Throughout the sessions, Avju Solutions has established solid relationships with companies within its own cohort, as well as contacts across cohorts, expert communities, and international innovation ecosystems.

For Avju Solutions, network development is not a peripheral activity, it is an integrated component of the company’s growth strategy. Access to international technology companies, industry specialists, capital actors, and decision-makers provides the company with an informational edge and opens doors to new collaborative opportunities that would otherwise be out of reach.

Paris and further internationalisation

The next gathering in NATO DIANA will take place in Paris, representing a natural escalation of the work presented at Demo Day. Avju Solutions enters this phase with a strengthened platform and a clear mandate: To position the company on an even larger international stage.

In parallel, the company has engaged in dialogue with key stakeholders in Norwegian politics and the business community. This underscores the importance of sound operating conditions, and not least access to risk-bearing growth capital, for Norwegian technology companies with international ambitions. Early-stage support is valuable, but it is access to capital during the growth phase that largely determines which companies succeed in their internationalisation efforts.

Avju Solutions now enters its next phase with a strengthened market position, increased financial resilience, and a growing international network. The objective is unambiguous: To become a leading provider of solutions for critical infrastructure security, and to build a Norwegian technology company with lasting international relevance.
